Water detector with 24 VDC Shelly i3

First things first, this is a Shelly i3 on 24 VDC, do NOT even consider running something like this on mains voltage, it will kill you!
The input resistance of the Shelly i3 is high enough to be used as a water detector if the contact area is large or distance between electrodes short.
It will most likely work on other Shellys and other IOT switches, but I have only tried it with the Shelly i3 and the old Nexa buttons.
I use a strip of dishwasher cloth, sponge cloth or whatever you want to call it, it should be a strip of high absorbent cloth. Stitch two bare thin wires though it and connect one to negative (power supply -) and the other to any of the inputs. The wires should be close together but not making contact with each other, the closer they are, the higher the sensitivity, mine are about 5 mm apart.

NOTE! THIS IS POWERED BY 24 VDC
DO NOT TRY THIS WITH MAINS POWERED SHELLY!
